The Morrell's First Christmas

Transitioning into a new home, position, country, and hopefully soon vocation -
Pause for the prettiest Christmas decorations ever.

A good friend of mine wrote on her yearly Christmas card:
Here's to doing what you love, with those you love! - It is both a toast and a resolution.

That was, is, and will be Mark and I's greatest hope for our marriage.
But first a building time of money making and foundation work. While it is an impatient time, I receive notes from those who have gone before to blaze a path of hope.

Thanks

I really hate it when bloggers apologize for not blogging often enough.
I also hate it when bloggers use their blog to vent their pet peeves.

So I'm living it up as a married lady in Ireland. Someday I'll write exhaustive amounts.

cheers!

I said yes to marring the above pictured man.
Details on a date are still simmering.

today

today weather is finally as it should be in Dublin
today it rains
the sound calms me - forces me to sleep late
Franco the dog I am minding lays at my feet
the sliding door is open for his use
damp air glides in cool and sweet
U2 tells me that the saints are coming
this is a monday I could love

departures & arrivals FYI

Currently I am seated on a couch in Ireland trying desperately to stay away for 3 more hours.
I feel as though I am returning to my home - in surreality. I did once live hear and was quite involved, however I just spent like 9 months living an existence entirely separate from the one from the months before. So separate that there were times that I wondered if I ever lived in Dublin. Now I am back confronted with the fact that indeed it is a real place and I am a real person here - but - both of us has changed in the months apart. Now here I am arrived asking this land to take me back in.

So Long Ago

Four whole months sinse I updated!

When I started the new job at the unnamed financial brokerage company I spiraled into a black hole.
The job was wretched! I tried to work alot but the task of calling drained my soul to the point that I only worked 15 out of 30 hours offered to me.

Never Fear! There is hope! The sun has risen! A heating/cooling business has taken me in and is letting me fill their excess filing needs. Does that sentence make sense?
Anyway - I must take a full hour for lunch and it is freezing cold out side so...

I'm finaly taking time to write!

Recently I've gotten into The Office - and this place - well there's no Steve Carrell, but all the other components are here! Actually kind of a blend of personalities between Office Space and The Office.

Seeing that I have no real reason to do anything but file here - I pretty much blend in with the cabnets and I observe everything.

I'll keep you posted.
